Our STory

Inspired by her family roots, our practice gets its name from Stacey Younge’s late Auntie Rah Rah, a social worker with a practice on Sixth Street in Berkeley, California. Stacey founded the collective in 2017, bringing us together as a group of social workers oriented toward social justice.

Our mission was to build a practice that aligned with our skills and values, applying an integrated approach to well-being. To us, that meant creating and holding space for our clients and each other, understanding and dismantling the influences of history and society on mental health challenges, respecting community wisdom and personal intuition, and evolving with intention toward lives of abundance.

Our vision is to be a place where clients and therapists are empowered to thrive, where everyone feels understood and accepted, and where we can all experience a rise in fulfillment and stability that reverberates into our communities.
